Viñas Extremas Sauvignon Blanc | Vino de La Carrera

This wine expresses the personality of the terroir where it comes from, unique soil and climate conditions make this Sauvignon blanc unique in Mendoza. Located in the extreme area of La Carrera in the Uco Valley at 1700 masl planted loamy gravel soils. It is the coldest area of Mendoza. After a skin maceration of 4 days at a low temperature, the must goes to French oak barrels of different uses. The fermentation is done with wild yeasts. Aging continues in the same barrels during 8 months.
