From Our viñeyards in Uco Valley under limestones soils and fermented in open top vats, we vinified this wine with whole bunches without the addition of any foreign element at temperatures between 25 ° C to 27 ° C for several weeks. The aging continues in small concrete vats till the next vintage. With this fluid and vibrant malbec we show another face of this grape.
