Uco Valley Pinot Noir

A wine deeply influenced by the environment provided by the Andes Mountains. We select for our label a species of cactus that is native and finds its home in height and unique soil conditions, as well as our Pinot Noir, which comes from Gualtallary limestones soils, we vinify it in small French oak vats with indigenous yeasts and without the addition of any foreign element at temperatures between 24ºC and 26ºC for several weeks. The aging continues in used barrels until the next harvest.
