Uco Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A wine deeply influenced by the environment provided by the Andes Mountains. We select for our label a species of cactus that is native and finds its home in height and unique soil conditions as well as our Cabernet Sauvignon which comes from soils with a high presence of granite rocks, we vinify it in small concrete vats with destemmed grapes using wild yeasts at temperatures between 25ºC to 27ºC for several weeks. The aging continues in used barrels until the next vintage.
