This is a co-fermentation of Malbec. The grapes come from two distinct vineyards: 50% from Las Compuertas, at 1,100 meters above sea level, with loamy-clay soils extending one meter deep over a highly permeable rocky subsoil. The other 50% comes from Gualtallary, at 1,400 meters above sea level, with calcareous soils that produce fresh, spicy Malbec. In our vineyards, we follow an agroecological approach, avoiding herbicides and systemic products to ensure sustainable viticulture.

Fermentation takes place with 50% whole clusters in small French oak vats, using indigenous yeasts at temperatures between 26°C and 28°C. Aging continues in these same French oak vats until the next harvest.
