The Apple Torrontes
$ 16.300,00
This Torrontés, showcasing great typicity, comes from the traditional areas of Tupungato in the Uco Valley. Sourced from 40-year-old pergola-trained vineyards at 1,000 meters above sea level, it grows on well-draining loamy-sandy soils with traditional irrigation. In our vineyards, we follow an agroecological approach, avoiding herbicides and systemic products to ensure sustainable viticulture.
Harvest takes place in mid-March. The grapes undergo a 48-hour skin maceration. Vinification follows a protective approach at low temperatures, fermenting with indigenous yeasts in small concrete vessels. Aging continues in these vessels for six months.
