It is made with grapes that come from two different places. 50% come from our vineyard in Perdriel by the side of the Mendoza River, the land having rocky soils, clay and caliche spots. We combine these with grapes grown in high as well as sandy and climestones soils located in Gualtallary at 1400 masl. Two different worlds, that when together, results in good sucrosity and freshness at the same time. The grapes are destemmed and they are dropped into concrete vats. They ferment at a temperature of 26º to 28ª degrees C. during some weeks. Aging continues in used French oak barrels until the next vintage.
