Grapes comes from two distinctly different regions: our estate in Perdriel, located on the banks of the Mendoza River, with stony and clay-rich soils interspersed with patches of caliche, combined with the altitude and calcareous soils of Gualtallary at 1,400 meters above sea level. Two contrasting terroirs that, when brought together, achieve both richness and freshness. In our vineyards, we follow an agroecological approach, avoiding herbicides and systemic products to ensure sustainable viticulture.
The clusters are destemmed and naturally transferred by gravity into small concrete vessels. Fermentation occurs without any additives at temperatures between 26°C and 28°C over several weeks. Aging continues in used French oak barrels until the next harvest.
