Old Vines From Patagonia Torrontes

Our Torrontes comes from vines that were planted by the end of the sixties. They are ungrafted and they are planted in the loamy soils of Allen a traditional site in the province of Rio Negro. These vines, have a very low yield Fermentation takes place under skins with wild yeasts in clay amphorae at temperatures between 16ºC and 18ºC for several weeks. The aging continues here for 8 months.
