Old Vines From Patagonia Semillón
$ 97.300,00
Our Semillon comes from vines that were planted by the end of the sixties. They are ungrafted and they are planted in the loamy soils of Allen and Ing. Huergo, two traditional sites in the province of Rio Negro. These vines, have a very low yield, a long skin maceration and gently pressed before fermentation which is achieved with wild yeasts in oak foudre at a temperature between 16º and 18º C. during several weeks. Aging continues for eight months in the same foudre.
