Old Vines From Patagonia Malbec
$ 69.000,00
This wine is made from grapes that come from a single vineyard, that was planted ungrafted in 1967 in Guerrico area. Being by the bank of the Negro River, they grow on sandy and clay loam soils. Grapes are destemmed and they are dropped into small concrete vats where they ferment with wild yeast at a temperature between 25ª and 27ª C. During several weeks we carry out a gentle punch down with our hands in order to obtain a slow extraction. Aging continues in French oak barrels for more than a year.
