KUNG FU PET NAT Minimal Intervention

Grapes sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, located at 1,400 meters above sea level, where calcareous soils predominate. We do not use herbicides or systemic products, ensuring an agroecological approach to vineyard management.

The grapes naturally flow by gravity into small concrete eggs without any additives, where fermentation begins at controlled temperatures between 14º and 16ºC, finishing naturally in the bottle following the ancestral winemaking method.

Kung Fu Pet Nat has no added sulfites, is unfiltered, and unstabilized.
