Hey Rosé! showcases the versatility of Malbec, proving its ability to adapt to a wide range of wine styles.

This 100% Malbec comes from Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo. In our vineyards, we follow an agroecological approach, avoiding herbicides and systemic products to ensure sustainable viticulture.

Vinification follows a protective winemaking process, with an early harvest in mid-February. The grapes undergo no skin maceration, are gently pressed, and fermented at low temperatures in concrete vats. Aging continues for three months in small concrete vessels.

This wine boasts natural acidity and remarkable aromatic intensity.
