Blanco de la Casa

This wine is a blend of white varieties where 40% is Sauvignon Blanc coming from Gualtallary, planted on limestones soils at 1400 masl, another 40% is Semillon from La Consulta coming from a vineyard 50 years old planted on sandy soil at 1000 masl and 20% rest of Chardonnay coming from La Carrera at 1700 masl planted on sandy soils supported by an underground of gravel and boulder. Fermentation is accomplished in concrete eggs with wild yeasts at a low temperature. Aging continues in concrete eggs for 8 months.
