Malbec is Argentina’s emblematic variety, and we strive to create a fresh interpretation of it. From the traditional region of Luján de Cuyo to the high-altitude vineyards of the Uco Valley, across clay soils and calcareous stones, we seek the freshness and purity of a vibrant Malbec.

Harvest begins in early March and lasts until the first week of April. We vinify both destemmed grapes and a percentage of whole clusters, without any additives, at temperatures between 24º and 26ºC for several weeks. Aging continues in small concrete vessels and partially in French oak barrels until the next harvest.
