Flor is 70% Semillón and 30% Pedro Giménez, sourced from old vineyards planted in the late 1960s, on own-rooted vines in silty soils from Allen and Ing. Huergo, two traditional regions of Río Negro. These are low-yield vineyards.
We do not use any herbicides or systemic products, managing them agroecologically.
The grapes are destemmed before undergoing a skin maceration for five days at low temperatures. Fermentation takes place in French oak foudres with native yeasts at temperatures between 16º and 18ºC.
