Kung Fu arises from the need to make wines with minimal intervention, aiming to express our terroirs of Gualtallary and Los Chacayes to the fullest. Our grapes come from vineyards managed using agroecological practices, harvested manually in small boxes. We produce these wines following ancestral techniques, with spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, and they ferment in concrete eggs and clay amphorae. We want wines without screens that protect or block them, which is why our natural wines are bottled without filtering, clarifying, or adding sulfites.

Invader is the wine line with which we aim to highlight forgotten varieties in the Argentine viticulture scene.

Varieties such as Semillón, Chenin Blanc, and Garnacha are reclaiming their place!

Our Clarete was made by reviving ancient techniques and using native varieties, a blend of white and red Criollas, fermented with whole clusters in amphorae and aged with their skins for 8 months.
