RICCITELLI BISTRÓ
Riccitelli Bistró follows the innovative and creative vein of the winery adding an experience that involves all the senses.
Built in containers, with a sustainable architecture, into the wonderful environment of old vineyards.
From the chef Juan Ventureyra‘s hand, we express through his dishes the cuisine of Mendoza using products from our own garden, harvested manually as well as endemic herbs and vegetables.
Juan has a long history in renowned French restaurants with Michelin stars and several restaurants.
Together we want to share a unique Bistro where we exalt the personality of our wines accompanied by the fresh flavors of local cuisine.

In our six-course menu, we use ingredients from our organic gardens. Additionally, we implement sustainable practices in the selection and handling of proteins, ensuring freshness and quality in every dish, perfectly paired with our wines.

With each dish, we invite you to explore the diverse ecoregions of Argentina, a country where landscapes and flavors harmonize with our wines.
From the Jujuy Yungas to the arid Lowland Mountains, the fertile Pampas, the resilient Dry Chaco, and the Argentine Sea with its rich marine life, each element adds identity to this unique experience.

VISITS & TASTING
The wine tourism experience at Riccitelli Wines begins in our vineyards, exploring the regions where we work and our agroecological approach. Then, at the winery, we uncover the winemaking process that blends tradition and modernity. The visit concludes with a tasting designed to reveal the essence of our wines.
